Based in Aberdeen, Scotland, Designs By Descent was started in 2004 after we saw a gap in the market for high quality web design at an affordable price. In starting the company we made a conscious decision to go against the grain, writing in plain English and being up front with our prices.

We wanted to be able to offer first class design services that have never been available at such a low price before, without limiting the content of our client's web site.

As for the overall look of your site, we agreed from the beginning that we wanted to offer a design service that's normally reserved for the grand scale budgets of larger companies. All our designs are original, with no cut and paste jobs. We want you to be more than satisfied with our work, which is why we will not expect full payment until you are 100% happy with our design ideas.
